Beach Therapy
Do you feel more relaxed when you go to the beach? The soothing sound of the waves crashing on the shore can lull you into a relaxed state, reducing your stress levels. Sunlight provides nourishment for the skin, with its vitamin D-producing benefits. Of course, you don’t want to spend more than 20 minutes outside without sunscreen. Being outside in the sunlight also helps with depression.
Walking/running barefoot on the sand has many benefits:

- Is great exercise and burns more calories that walking on a hard surface
